While traveling through Reno, I hit some black ice and crashed on some snow. I knew I needed emergency services to assess the damage but was met with unsympathetic replies across multiple shops until I called Reno Auto Works. They were SO friendly, caring, and fast. They got me in within a few hours and managed to fix the damage to my muffler my 2021 Mazda 3 sustained the same day. I was able to continue my road trip safely. Reno Auto Works were my personal heroes and I will not be forgetting them. Highly recommend!
